three women, sharing our life experiences
to the glory of the Lord and for coming generations.
Only be careful, and watch yourselves closely so that you do not forget the things your eyes have seen or let them fade from your heart as long as you live. Teach them to your children and to their children after them. Deuteronomy 4:9
We three women have much in common: we are Christ followers; we’ve been missionaries most of our adult lives; we’ve traveled a great deal; we’ve lived cross-culturally; we’ve learned to adapt to major career and life changes. Each of us has endured difficult times in our childhoods and adult lives as well. We have all faced operations and serious illnesses and now have husbands with major health issues.
We feel we have survived it all and been privileged in the lives we’ve led. Now we are concerned mothers and grandmothers who want to see our children, extended family, and friends thrive—in life and in a relationship with our Savior, Jesus Christ.
Beyond all this, we are lifelong learners who are not yet ready for a rocking chair on the porch! For several years we worked closely together to produce print and web communications. That assignment ended, but our calling from God did not. We have stories to tell of his blessing, correction, and provision. Recently the Lord impressed upon us, individually, the desire to share these stories with others, in obedience to his Word. We pray it will bless and benefit not only our children and families but all of you who read it.
